Green Pill Story: “Kris”
Weekly Quick Recs: (Meme, Reducing Overwhelm, Quote)
Green Pill Stories - Kris
After he beat cancer and decided to better his health, “Kris” was referred to me by his therapist…
He has crushed it:
cooked at home
exercising daily
sleeping better
taking adaptogens, electrolytes, kombucha to support his body
therapy weekly
Results - January ~20th - May 7:
Resting Heart Rate decreased by 17%
Weight dropped by 6%
VO2 Max increased by 4%
Time Asleep increase by 7%
Habit Adherence - 67%
WHAT’S MORE INTERESTING…
Having crushed it, some family stuff came up in June.
There’s a lesson here.
I was really proud that he powered through and ran the 5K he had been training for.
He managed to finish it no matter what things were going on in his personal life that week…
It was a real Rocky moment for him.
More importantly, due to family stuff, he took a month off exercising in June.
He had a lot of stress. But he was resilient.
With that, and moving apartments, his back pain, for a few reasons, returned.
However, he was able to keep the food decision habits, and some other habits.
Within a couple weeks of stretching, exercise and less stress, his back pain is gone again, and he feels largely back on the horse.
Lesson? Some habits stay resilient, or return quickly, once cemented.

Health Hacks I’m Testing: Reducing Overwhelm
I am juggling my biz and a few marketing contracts, plus building this podcast.
I tried to concentrate my health business stuff on Tues/Thurs, and my jobs on Monday/Wednesday.
It has worked pretty well, but takes calendar discipline.
I also hired an assistant, who is based in Pakistan.
He is incredible and takes a lot of work off my plate for my business:
replying to emails
data entry
research
posting on Instagram and YouTube, etc.
How are you able to trim 5% of your workload off?
P.S. if you’re dealing with phone or computer compulsive behavior, check out my fav app [no commission] which fixes it:

Feel like you know exactly what to do to be “on it” - and feel your best - but need accountability?
That’s where I come in. My clients already know what to do, typically, but appreciate having someone:
track their biometric data
keep them accountable
give them action items
supporting them with encouragement
